3-Layer formwork panels

With 3-layer formwork panels from the rettenmeier® Formwork range, the most varied tasks and different surface requirements can be economically met on small and large sites.  They are produced in the “SELECT” qualities for maximum demands and “STANDARD” for day-to-day applications.

The use of selected raw materials (Spruce), kiln drying to 10 % ± 2 % moisture content and controlled production guarantee durable, 3-ply formwork panels.

A clear increase in dimensional stability and stressability is achieved through their specific panel construction, therefore for all designs there are always three layers laminated perpendicular to each other.

For the production of the decks, edge-glued laminas are used.  They prevent tension and twist in the surfaces and facilitate precise, smooth 3-ply formwork panels.
