Our high-tech products for timber construction – solid structural timber KVH^®-1plus^® and quality laminated timber QLH-Duo-plus^® and QLH-Trio-plus^®– undergo a strict quality assurance system.  Our own inspections include ongoing checking of the production plants and processes by quality-promoting factors.  The test results are recorded in detail and can be checked at any time.
Rettenmeier further undergoes third party monitoring by an independent institution such as the Baden-Württemberg Materials Testing Station (FMPA) for e.g. strict adherence to KVH^®-Quality criteria, finger-jointing or gluing.

Not every firm can finger-joint or glue.  The legal prerequisite for this is glue approval; this is granted under strict conditions, also by FMPA.As a member of the KVH^® monitoring organisation, Rettenmeier is entitled to use the KVH^®- symbol.
With the Ü marking on our building products, we confirm that these products were produced in accordance with the current technical rules and requirements.

With KVH^®-1plus^®, QLH-Duo-plus^® and QLH-Trio-plus^®, the marking is a special guarantee of safety for wood craftsmen – it allows the path to be traced taken by each component.
