Versatile, ecological and practical

The multi-layer large format panels for modern wood construction and large spans. The solid wood panels 3-S-Layer-plus^® from first class production have all the properties of wood as a naturally grown raw material and the advantages of a modern engineered material.

The raw material for producing the decks is carefully selected and pre-sorted under strong quality standards for valuable furniture and internal decoration under EN 13017 and structural wood use.  The decks and interior stakes are separately prefabricated from laminas sorted for strength, in accordance with DIN 4047-1, and then carefully edge glued and laminated perpendicular to each other in a hot press.  Subsequent precise calibration, fine sanding and precise formatting of the solid wood panels produce the quality product 3-S-Layer-plus^®.

It possesses good stability under loads and changing climate conditions.  It is especially suitable for timber construction with slim cross-sections, being structurally reinforcing and extremely dimensionally stable, with high bearing strength.

Versatile possibilities for use indoors and outdoors

The 3-S-Layer-plus^® solid wood panels are used indoors as decorative, visible and structural bearing wall and ceiling linings for e.g. hollow box elements or flush roof panels.

Under consideration of structural wood protection, it is used outdoors as canopy or soffit cladding, sidings, window shutters, window sills and garage doors.  Because of its excellent material properties, it is especially suitable for quality furniture and interior furnishing, such as furniture front panels, corpuses, shelving, doors and floors.
