Rettenmeier Holding AG forms the part of the Rettenmeier Group in which all activities of the operating companies are consolidated.  Management has been in the hands of the Rettenmeier family since formation of the firm in 1948. The board of the present Rettenmeier Group consists of brothers Dr. Josef Rettenmeier and Helmut Rettenmeier and Dietmar Breithaupt.
